Computer Aided Drug Design (CADD)

I. Virtual Screening: We screen large chemical libraries and databases to identify compounds with a high likelihood of binding to a target.
 
II. Molecular Dynamics (MD) Simulations: We run MD simulation to assess the behavior of biomolecules as regards their stability, flexibility, and dynamics of protein–ligand complexes up to 1000ns.
 
III. Lead Identification and Optimization: Refining hit compounds to enhance potency, selectivity, pharmacokinetic properties, and safety while minimizing toxicity.
 
IV. ADMET and Drug Biotransformation prediction: Evaluating Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity and metabolite formation properties computationally to predict drug-likeness and reduce late-stage failures.
